Alta Bean Bags donated two bean bags for our silent auction at Auckland Down Syndrome Association's Buddy Walk. I liked them, bid on them, but lost out in the "bidding war". It was my daughter's birthday on the 2nd of April and we wanted to give her a bean bag. Thierry was very helpful and sent one off straight away and gave us the tracking number. However, because we live rurally it would like 1 to 3 days before the bean bag would arrive, too late for her birthday. Alta Bean Bags delivered one to my husband's work in town so Renee could have her bean bag for her birthday. I was most impressed with the service and my daughter really liked her present.
